Unified Communications

Workers use many different types of communications in the modern workplace.  Unfortunately, managing multiple communication sources can not only be time consuming, but can often lead to missed connections.

Dalcon’s DCM 2.0 provides a way to unify your communication sources.  With DCM 2.0, your email becomes your communications feed.

Find Me/Follow Me

Never play phone tag again… with DCM’s Find Me/Follow Me, there’s no need to.  DCM allows a number to be assigned to multiple phone endpoints that can ring either consecutively or at the same time.

Find Me/Follow Me also allows you to automatically forward calls from your desk phone to your cell phone.  If your desk phone receives a call but you aren’t there to answer it, DCM will automatically forward that call to your cell phone after a specified number of rings.

With the ability to ring multiple phones at once, and automatically forward calls to your mobile device, you will never miss an important call again.

Voicemail to Email

DCM automatically converts your voicemail to a WAV file and sends it to your email inbox; so you don’t have to waste time using your phone to search for a voicemail.

Voicemail Transcription:
DCM also provides an optional voicemail transcription service.  With voicemail transcription, you receive your voicemails fully transcribed into your email inbox, so you can easily search your inbox to find important messages.

Inbound Fax to Email

With DCM, there’s no reason to waste paper and ink on the fax machine anymore.  Inbound faxes are automatically converted to PDF and sent to your email inbox.

Outbound Desktop Faxing

Whenever you need to send an outbound fax, DCM allows you to send it straight from your desktop computer.

Sending a fax from your desktop is as easy as “printing.”  Click “print” for whatever file you want to fax, and then simply select “Fax” as the name of the printer you want to “print” to.  You will be prompted for a fax number when you click “print.”
