    Questions? We Have Answers

    What is the upfront cost?

Two months’ payment will cover your setup.

    What is the monthly investment?

It depends on your configuration and the number of phones you’ll need. You will receive a quote for this.

But what if I need to move or add phones later?

In many cases, moves can be done just by physically moving the phone like a PC and plugging it into the network in the new location. If any wiring or onsite work is required, we can do that for an hourly fee.

What if I need to change user setup later?

You have the choice to log in with your own browser window and make the changes, or you can call us and we will log in and make the changes for you.

Is there a minimum number of months’ commitment?

No. We do ask that you be prepared to give it at least 90 days, but even that is not required.

Can I buy the system later and apply some of the monthly fees?

Yes. Half of monthly fees can be applied toward purchase at any time.

What happens to my old phone system?

If your phones are compatible, you can continue to use them on the new system. If they are not compatible, we will replace them and give them back to you boxed up for sale or storage along with your phone switch.

Do I need to change my phone service?

We can use your existing phone service. However, you may find cost and function advantages to changing it when you install the DCM.

Do I need to change my phone wiring?

If we use your existing phones, you will not need to change wiring. Otherwise, if you have a computer network in place with computers in most places where you need phones, that network will work for your new phones. If new wiring has to be run to locations without network connections, that can be done for a minimal cost per run.

Do I get new or used equipment?

You get new, or like-new equipment the maintenance of which is covered under your monthly plan.
