| Direct Inward Dial (DID) Management |
With a digital phone company connection (T1 or PRI), you can have a block of DID phone numbers assigned. This allows each user to have a dedicated phone number. It also allows virtual phone numbers which are processed by Queues, Interactive Voice Reponse (IVR), inbound faxing, re-direction to cell phones and more. |
| Internet Calling |
Using an outside service, DCM can make Internet-based calls to any phone number in the world. Quality is limited by your bandwidth and general Internet fluctuations. |
| Digital Phone Lines |
Sometimes known by the names of T1 or PRI, these are direct digitalconnections between the DCM and the phone company. One digital connection can typically support the equivalent of 24 normal phone lines. In some cases this capability can be combined with Internet bandwidth to offer a shared service at a lower cost than purchasing the connectivity separately. |
