DCM 2.0 Software

Dalcon’s Communications Manager 2.0

The DCM 2.0 is our award-winning software that runs on an Intel server. The DCM’s operating system is Linux, which is the dominant Internet operating system of choice. The call processing software is Asterisk, the most widely used open-source IP PBX software today.

Administration of DCM 2.0

In the same way Apple’s OS X is a user-friendly operating system layered over Unix, Dalcon’s DCM 2.0 makes running Asterisk a snap.

The administration and management of the Dalcon Solution is performed through a tool you already use: your Internet browser. An intuitive, forms-based window allows easy system changes related to phones, users, and features.

Features of DCM 2.0

There are an amazing number of features that come standard with the DCM— almost all of them are standard with the software, so you pay additional per seat licenses or additional charges such as many traditional VoIP systems require.
