David Condra, CEO & Chairman

A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in electrical engineering, Mr. Condra founded Dalcon in 1979 and has been CEO as the company grew to national prominence and diversified into a number of different companies and divisions.

In addition to his business contributions, Mr. Condra has been very active in the Nashville community. He was the first President of the Nashville Technology Council, which spawned the Nashville Capital Network, providing education and connections for entrepreneurs. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Chamber of Commerce, the Vanderbilt School of Engineering Committee of Visitors, and the boards of Nashville State Community College Foundation, Goodwill Industries, Nashville Academy Theatre, Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, Prevent Blindness Tennessee and the Center for Non-Profit Management. He is currently President of the Downtown Nashville Rotary Club. An alumnus of Leadership Nashville, Mr. Condra was named by a local business publication as one of “Nashville’s 100 Most Influential People.”
